Build-up Packaging - Process Integration Engineer (Entry Level)

Join our R&D team focused on advanced semiconductor packaging. This hands-on, lab-based role involves supporting process development and building capabilities in cutting-edge substrate fabrication technologies including electroplating, photolithography, plasma cleaning and desmear, lamination, and laser tooling. You'll assist in daily lab operations including sample preparation and equipment maintenance, perform experiments across advanced packaging processes, and collaborate with senior engineers to execute experimental plans. The role includes supporting failure analysis and yield improvement efforts, and contributing to new method development. Requires B.S. or M.S. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. Prior lab or manufacturing experience through internships, co-ops, or academic research preferred. Basic understanding of microfabrication or additive processes (lamination, plating, lithography) is a plus. We're looking for someone with a passion for hands-on work and a strong desire to grow within the organization.

ApplyChemical Engineer (Coating Specialist)

Lead the scale-up of coating processes from R&D to high-volume production. This hands-on role bridges coating development, process engineering, equipment design, and manufacturing operations. You'll design and optimize coating parameters, specify and maintain equipment, and implement data-driven process control methodologies. Key responsibilities include leading process transfer from lab to pilot and high-volume manufacturing, developing process documentation and SOPs, collaborating with R&D and equipment vendors, and troubleshooting process and equipment issues with root cause analysis. You'll implement continuous improvement methodologies including DOE, SPC, and FMEA. Requires B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science with 2+ years industry experience (or Ph.D. with 1+ year). Must have extensive hands-on experience with wet coating techniques such as slot die, and a proven track record scaling processes from lab to production. Experience with raw material processing, filtration of viscous materials, and cleanroom environments preferred.
